We hope this note finds you all safe and well in these unusual times. We continue to open our office for eye exams and medical eye visits following all California Optometric Association and CDC guidelines to make sure you have a safe environment for your eye care. We are operating at half capacity to assure social distancing.
All patients are asked a series of questions and have their temperature checked with a non contact thermometer before entering the office. We may also take a pulse oximeter reading to assure good oxygen supply.
When you make an appointment you will be instructed on procedures for when you come to the office, we will ask you to call from the car when you arrive so we can prepare for your arrival. You will be required to be wearing a mask along with all staff members 100% of the time. You will be asked to wash your hands and directed to have a seat for any additional questions. One family member may accompany a minor or a caregiver can assist a person with a disability. They will be screened the same before entering the office.
We look forward to providing your eye care once again. Office procedure may be different but we are there for you. If you have any questions feel free to call but don’t delay in making an appointment as we will have limited availability.
